VALVE BODY:
This is a very critical component dimensionally,
used in the hydraulic assembly called Control
Valve for the tractors manufactured by M/s. Mahindra & Mahindra
Ltd., a QS-9000 Company. We have set up a line for the manufacture of this
part with 17 machines and are constantly achieving a Cp, Cpk Value >
1.33 Our Customer is quite satisfied with our quality and soon we will be
a Self Certified Vendor for this part. We have a blend of CNC machines and
conventional machines in this line manned by a skilled team of workmen.

O - Lets

O-LETS:
Similarly we have developed a line for manufacture of O- Lets, a deemed
export product to USA.
We are also setting up the production facility
for Hydraulic fittings required by M/s.
Parker Hannifin India Ltd. for the manufacture
of pump
parts and hose fittings.
We take up batch production
of components and are fully meeting the quality standards of the customers
in INDIAN and Foreign markets, without loosing sight of the delivery commitments.
