We have been in the mould making industry for about 10 years. We have made a variety of moulds during this period for components mostly in industrial plastics: PP, Nylons, ABS, GF-Nylons, PC, Poly Sulfones etc. We made lot of moulds for caps and closures for bottles and squeeze tubes. We have made a significant presence in the battery container and lid moulds manufacturing. We have made injection moulds for electronic typewriters and printers where accuracy of the molded parts, where as close as 0.025mm. So far we have made about 250 moulds. We have a strong Design team and a very good manufacturing capability consisting of CNC and conventional machines. We also do reverse engineering and re-engineering. |
